Pour your caipirinha in a small plastic bag and put in the freezer. When frozen, you tear the plastic and drik frozen caipirinha. This is known as "sacolé de caipirinha". The group in the video shows a nice choreography and sings a samba devoted to this drink. Should be danced and singed after tasting some sacolés de caipirinha.
